California applicants should have one or more of the following degrees:

- Psychology _(all forms)_
- Applied Behavior Analysis _(ABA)_
- Child Development
- Education _(Special Ed or general)_
- Early Childhood Education
- Social Work
- Counseling
- Rehabilitation Services
- Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology
- Human Development

### Requirements

- Ability to work 1:1 with children or teens with ASD diagnosis in an in-home setting with compassion and patience
- Attend all team meetings
- Reliable transportation up to 20 mile radius

### Qualifications

- Valid state ID or driver’s license
- 18 years of age or older
- Previous volunteer experience or work with children
- Bilingual (not required but preferred)
